Spread over 2+ acres of hill slope, of what is locally known as Peacock Hill Circle is situated in the heart of India's party capital, Anjuna. 

Built in 1921, this 104 year old house has been painstakingly restored and preserved with a little upgrade done to make your stay a lot more comfy.

Situated at the east end of the property, this space is pet friendly and the rooms are a lot more spacious making it perfect for groups  and families.

Our Bar & Food programme focusses on using as fresh and local ingredients as possible yet making familiar comfort food and drinks that serve nostalgia as well as a clean tummy at the end of the day. There's something for everyone.

Goa's best kept secret, our Quarry is 100% bio filtered. Get your snorkelling gear and wade with hundreds of fish under the shade of lush mango trees amidst a mini tropical forest. Day use is permitted for non residents at a charge.

We're an animal first property so you may see ducks, dogs, cows, monkeys roaming free. Some rooms however aren't pet friendly for reasons we can explain on a call. So do check with us once before booking.
